8th Interregional Meeting in Serbia
On 30 June–1 July 2026, the RuralYouthFuture project team will gather for an interregional meeting in Vrdnik, Serbia, hosted by the Regional Development Agency Backa. The event will provide an opportunity to review project progress, exchange experiences, and discuss the policy improvements achieved across the participating regions.
The two-day meeting will focus on assessing the project’s achievements during its final implementation phase, sharing territorial results, and discussing the impact of policy improvements developed through the project.
Day 1 – Tuesday, 30 June 2026
The first day will begin with the Steering Committee Meeting. The project team will review the state of play of communication and dissemination activities and address management and coordination matters. In the afternoon, the project team will participate in a round table discussion with stakeholders from Serbia.
Day 2 – Wednesday, 1 July 2026
The second day will feature a Technical Committee Meeting focused on the presentation and discussion of policy improvement results achieved across the partner regions.
The meeting will finalise with a debate and main conclusions allowing the project team to reflect on lessons learned, identify successful approaches, and discuss opportunities for sustaining cooperation.
The interregional meeting in Serbia will contribute to strengthening collaboration among regional authorities and the project team while reinforcing the long-term impact of policy improvements achieved through the project.
