Participation of the AGRIC project in EUKICON26 Event

The European Climate Initiative (EUKI) will host its sixth Networking Conference, EUKICON26, on 19-20 May 2026 in Berlin, Germany.

At this event, the AGRIC (Advancing Photovoltaics in Agriculture) project will be presented. The project aims to strengthen the adoption of Agrivoltaic solutions by building practical knowledge, institutional capacity and investment readiness in rural regions. It delivers targeted trainings for public authorities, farmers, advisors and investors, supported by training materials, demonstration farm videos and best-practice examples.

The conference will bring together key players in European climate action, including speakers from the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Climate Action, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMUKN) and the Directorate-General for Climate Action, alongside many others, offering valuable policy perspectives. Under the theme “Doubling Down on Climate Action,” it will explore how climate ambition can align with competitiveness in a shifting political landscape.

From high-level panels to hands-on workshops, the conference will tackle important climate issues such as:

  • European climate action under pressure
  • Industrial decarbonisation, methane emissions & energy transitions
  • Tackling climate scepticism and advancing circular economy solutions
  • Exploring the 15-minute city and sustainable urban development, and many more!

Over the two days, participants can expect panels on urging climate issues, success stories, and interactive workshops on topics such as methane emissions, circular behaviour, carbon capture and storage, and just energy transitions – alongside networking opportunities.
